Recently, ZTC Technology announced the successful completion of the SCR denitrification catalyst conversion project at Huadian Energy Co., Ltd.'s Mudanjiang No. 2 Power Plant, which involved switching from liquid ammonia to urea. The project employed advanced ultra-high temperature self-regulating electric heat tracing technology, focusing on equipment upgrades in the urea and hydrolysis areas. Compared to traditional liquid ammonia catalysts, urea is not only more environmentally friendly but also significantly enhances denitrification efficiency.
